Getting Started

Signing up for Hilton Head PSD Online Bill Payment is easy. Simply call our Customer Service Center at (843) 681-5525 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or email us at onlinebilling@hhpsd.com, and provide us with the following information:

• Account Number - if available
• Billing Name
• Billing Address (if different from Service Address)
• Service Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address

After we receive your information, we will send you a temporary password that will allow you to access your account online. You will be able to change your password later on.
